Online Pilates for improvers

Service Description

This online 75 minute Physio-led Pilates session for improvers is delivered by me, a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI certified Pilates instructor.​ My Pilates classes are aimed at REAL people. You do not need to be a young, skinny, or fit gym bunny to join in, everyone can benefit from Pilates practice. I deliver carefully structured sessions aimed at those who want to safely create a strong, flexible body from inside out. Applying the same care and attention to the design and delivery of my online classes as I do in my studio classes, you are sure to have expert exercise instruction delivered to your home. I run my online Pilates sessions through Zoom. This can be accessed by emailing myself for current class details, then purchasing an online class block, after which, you will receive a password to your email.
